Support to the Modernisation of Mongolia’s Standardisation System 

Gap analyses between EU and Mongolian legislation on standardisation and conformity assessment and recommendations for alignment.

The aim of the activity is to draft a gap analyses between the EU and Mongolian legal system on the quality infrastructure (technical regulations, standardization, conformity assessment, accreditation and certification), indicating the difference between the two systems, and provide a road map to align the two systems.

Draft a revised law on technical regulations, standardization, conformity assessment, accreditation, organize public discussion and prepare to deliver to the Parliament.
